The Market Update for June 2021 mirrors mostly the updates in previous months: Low inventory, record average sales prices, short days on market. Realtors I talk to are still seeing multiple offers but not as many offers as previous (buyer burnout?). Keep watch of interest rates. Buyers have gotten so used to super low rates in the 2s & 3s percent that a slight uptick could begin to tamp the brakes on what has been a fast moving market. At some point we will hit a critical mass and prices will reach their peak. As of June 2021 we’re still not seeing that happen.
